SHIPPING & RETURNS

Henge Hammocks offer the following services for shipping:

UK CUSTOMERS

The Royal Mail fulfils our website deliveries. Please visit royalmail.com for their exceptions and details.

Standard Delivery 
Delivery aim: 2 - 3 days.

You can pay to upgrade these services if your order is under £150.00

Tracked® 24
Delivery aim: One day.

Special Delivery 

Guaranteed by 1 pm next day*
(*visit royalmail.com/specialdelivery for exceptions)

 

We usually dispatch orders on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.


Orders must be received before 1800 hrs Monday or Wednesday to be shipped the following day. If you need shipping outside these days, write or message us, and we will try to accommodate you for a small fee.

Postal Address Guidelines

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct postal address recognised by Royal Mail. We recommend using Royal Mail's Postcode Finder to ensure a valid address. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the responsibility to recover the shipment passes to the customer, and no refunds shall be given.

RETURNS


Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Custom orders, standard items (the buyer has requested a change to), or cut goods are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
     

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. Please include your name with the returned item(s) so we can notify you. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage for an opened or used item and may also remove any shipping fees we have incurred.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@hengehammocks.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at sales@hengehammocks.com.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless agreed upon beforehand.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you ship an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​
