This delivery option is free when you spend £150.00 on a single transaction.
We usually dispatch orders on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Orders for Next Day delivery (available to UK Mainland only) must be received before 2359hrs Monday or Wednesday to be shipped the following day. If you need shipping outside these days, write or message us, and we shall try to accommodate you for a small fee.
Postal Address Guidelines
The customer is responsible for providing a full and correct postal address recognised by the Royal Mail. We recommend using Royal Mail's Postcode Finder to ensure the correct address. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the responsibility to recover the shipment passes to the customer, and no refunds shall be given.
The Royal Mail and Parcelforce fulfil our European deliveries. We calculated shipping by service and weight with appropriate extra insurance purchased.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. Custom or cut goods are exempt from being returned.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. We may also deduct any shipping fees we have incurred.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless agreed upon beforehand.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
